General overview
It's 86 m2, 3 bedrooms with balcony. The area is very vibrant, and you have 10 min. walking distance to the beach , green areas , metro. 15 minutes bike ride to the centre of Copenhagen. 4 different supermarkets in walking distance. Our apartment is a rental from 3 years ago, so in great condition with floor heading, washer and dryer, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances. Thick concrete walls and noise canceling windows, so you can almost block out all the noise outside(not 100%, since this is not an apartment out in the woods ;)
The apartment in itself is great, but it is the location we are most excited about. Close to everything!

I live with my wife in Copenhagen. We have no children, but that is ok, since our little pug Conrad is keeping us busy :)
We are not so complicated; we love to chill on the couch, play Xbox, work out in the gym(well, one of us does..).We both love to experience new cultures and meet new people. We're both from 1991. So.. forever young !
