General overview
Our home has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom & a half bath downstairs. All bedrooms and laundry are upstairs. There is a community pool and quick access to loop 202 & US 60. Great location form spring training games, downtown Gilbert, downtown Chandler, & plenty of out door activities.
The space
Open floor plan, sliding glass doors open to small, low maintenance side yard. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom & the master has room for 2 queen size blowup mattresses (electric and provided).

10 minute drive to quaint downtown Gilbert, Chandler, Epic Center (Agritopia) with hundreds of delicious restaurants, farmers markets, breweries, wineries, and more. Hiking trails near by in the San Tan Mountains, Camelback, with Scottsdale & Tempe about 20 minute drive away.
Getting to my home
You can fly into Sky Harbor Airport (Phoenix) and Gilbert is about a 25 minute drive, or could fly into Mesa Gateway Aiport (Allegient), smaller airport, less crowded and only 10 minute drive.
