General overview
Beautiful apartment facing the sea (5 minutes walking). It is a small apartment but recently renovated, therefore everything is new and decorated with good taste. And the best thing, it has wonderful views of the sea!!:)
The space
The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and spacious closets. Then there is also a living room with a large sofa. A modern and renovated kitchen with a central table. And finally a spacious terrace overlooking the sea!:)
Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor. Access by stairs. There is also an accessible elevator, but it is not always in operation.

The apartment is really in a good location:
- 5 minutes (on foot) from the beach
- 5 minutes (on foot) from the train station
- It is right on the promenade, therefore, in the place where all the restaurants and bars are located.
- 5 minutes (on foot) from the seaport
- 5 minutes (on foot) from the central library which has a spectacular view of the beach.

The apartment is 45 minutes from the Barcelona Airport (by car) and 1h -1:15h (by train)
