General overview

I love the age of my home which gives it character. For those outside of the US you may laugh at a 1980 home being “historic” but it is older than most near me! I love my back porch and back deck where I enjoy many meals and drinks with friends. I love sitting on my front porch watching neighbors walk and listening to the birds. Sometimes I see my large local owl sitting in the tree.
