I am a partner in an NYC entertainment law firm and am proud to have won two Tony awards for my Broadway producing. I think my apartment is really cool because you have Hudson Yards to the West, Penn Station to the north, and Nomad to the East. South is West Village. Walk up 8th Avenue to the Broadway theaters (the Nederlander is 13 blocks away, while others are up to 22 blocks north). I love how the 1 line is a block away, while the A, C and E are within a couple blocks, either on 25th street or 32nd. 795 square feet. The There is a full time lobby staff so you don't even have to open the door or ever feel unsafe. With a wall of windows, a Smart large flat screen Wall unit TV, Nest, WiFi, Google Home for the lights, it's easy and fun. Just installed a SECOND bed - this one in the living room; a Luv Sac...
