This beautiful home offers easy access to the heart of the city, and a lively local scene right on your doorstep. Stroll to some of Perth’s best cafés, bars, and boutique shops, or explore nearby river walks and parks.
The Space
My home has open plan living downstairs with a cooks kitchen, lounge and dining areas at the rear of the home, opening out to a shaded courtyard with seating and a bbq.
Upstairs is a landing area, with desk if needed. Leading from here are three Well sized bedrooms with two queen beds and a single bed. An ensuite off of the primary bedroom and a large main bathroom.
Guest Access
The property is on two levels, with living area and a powder room downstairs. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
There are two steps to get to the front door.

Maylands is a vibrant neighbourhood with a bustling cafe and small bar scene five minutes walk away from the house. Here you will also find a train station with frequent trains.
Getting to my home
The house is close to the train station which connects to the airport, the airport is also a short (15 min) Uber ride if you have luggage (there are stairs at the Maylands train station).
If driving, there is off street drive way parking for two cars.
