General overview
We absolutely love having a guesthouse at the back and we have a private courtyard for the guest house and a beautiful private garden to sit at the front of the house. The nature is beautiful, the house is comfortable and spacious for us 3. We like living in a place not cluttered with stuff. Our home is a very peaceful place to live and enjoy life. We love riding our bike around and to the beach. Plus, we can hang out in our favorite neighbourhood Fremantle whenever we want as we're less than 5km so we can walk, ride, drive :)

We're a family of 3 (myself originally from Lanaudiere, QC, Canada), my partner from Paris, France, and our son who is now 5 and half born in Subiaco, WA Australia). We live in Fremantle area in WA, Australia. We're 5 km from the beach and not far from the Swan River. We're 20km from Perth downtown area. We have a house and a guest house at the back. Our house is in a quiet lush neighbourhood walkable distance to cafes and shops.
