General overview
this appartement is located in my own house . we live on the second floor whenever we are in Sicily, there are 4 appartments in total.
this appartment is on the ground floor, easy acces, you enter the appartment via the terrace, its one large open area, it has no separate bedroom. bathroom has toilet, shower, lavabo and bidet. kitchen has open aspect. pull out sofa for 2 persons and double queen bed .
The space
everywhere stone tiles on the floor, easy cleaning and very good for allergic people. this is a tipical sicilian style of interior. on the roof we have installed fully operated solar energy system to provide electricity and hot water.
in the near future we are planning to have electrical charging station for car and also 2 electrical bikes for you to use.
Guest access
gated community , you will receive 3 keys, one for the main gate, one for the garden gate and one for the entrance via terrace. (double sliding glass door)
everything is easy accesible because its all tiled flooring.
Notes
the entrance key is turned backwards ! you can park near the house on our designated parkingspot.

Neighbourhood
Near us, in walkable distance, you will find a supermarket, bistro, pharmacy, bakery and 2 deli shops, you dont need to cook at all ! Every day fresh fish at whole sale market, come and enjoy fresh fish from our seas ! fresh fruit available every day on the main road farmers selling their crops ! not far from my home there is a golfcourt, and crosscountry skiing on mount ETNA is peculiar and spectacular , because apart from the desolate area(no houses because of eruptions) you will spot the sea while skiijng! I can provide nearby a lovely boattrip wit Graci, just let me know:

Dont follow GOOGLE ! put my addres not under Catania but Aci Catena.
onces you enter the premises, i will come to the gate. look for the signs that say "Bed and breakfast Concept sicilian home"

CATANIA 20 minutes if traffic allows you.
Getting around
best to rent a car. nearby is a bus stop nr 534 and it will bring you to Catania city, 1 hour drive
