General Overview

House close to the Halle aux Grain (performance hall) 15 minutes away. foot of the city center, in a very quiet area upstream of Toulouse. Well served by the Bus (Pérignon) and the Metro (François Verdier) 3 cinemas within a 15 minute walk. The Garonne is 20 minutes away. The Augustinian Museum 15 minutes away. 1st performance hall “la halle aux grains” 10 minutes walk. We only take the car to leave Toulouse to go to lakes in summer or to the mountains (1 hour and 15 minutes for the first beautiful walks) The neighbors are adorable and you can rely on them in case of problems.

The Space

One-story house. 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, large and bright. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 and another of 140 for adults. 2 bedrooms for children with 90cm beds and each with extra mattresses. On the ground floor, a large living room and kitchen separated from a bar. 60m garden with Barbecue, Ping Pong Table. A computer with a session for guests. A Wii U console. Garage which is not used for our car but to store bicycles

The rooms are all on the 1st floors. 3 steps to reach our street side living room.

Notes

No TV but you can come with your computer to connect it to our video projector in the living room Our cat, Chocolat, will be happy to welcome you in exchange for some kibble.
