General overview
My apartment is a gem in the craziness of NYC real estate. Located on the boarder of the West Village, Chelsea, and Meatpacking you can walk to everything, and have access to every major subway just steps away. My building is super quiet, with an elevator, laundry, and most of all clean!! My studio is quite big in NYC terms, with a dishwasher, full fridge, new bathroom appliances, etc. We also have laundry in the building.
