General overview
What we love most about our home is that it’s up on a hill that provides a lovely view over some greenery and that neighbours are around but not close so we have privacy. It’s also only 25 minutes car ride to Stockholm city.
The space
Open planning space with kitchen, dining room and social area. Have a bedroom and bathroom with shower. Other floor have three bedrooms, TV room and bathroom with a bath and a shower. Laundry room is also on this level. Big wooden deck outside with hot tub.
Guest access
The house is two floors.
Notes
We have outdoor cats but they would to come in to eat and sleep. Very cosy and friendly.

Neighbourhood
Lake Gömmaren close by with fresh water and if the winter is good the ice will be thick enough for ice skating. Beautiful forest with good trails. My favourite trail is around the lake Gömmaren. 5 min away by car it’s the highest slope for downhill skiing in Stockholm, the area is called Flottsbro. Slopes will be open during January and February, earlier or later depends on what type of winter it is. Huddinge station is 10 minutes by car, where the train takes you to Stockholm central in 20 minutes. You can also take a bus if you take a short walk from our house to Huddinge and Flottsbro. The subway is 10 away with bus also.
Getting to my home
Arriving from Atlanta Airport you can take the Airtrain to Stockholm central and then train to Huddinge, 15 min bus ride from there and then a 5 min walk to our house. Warning for a big hill the road to our house. If you have much luggage taxi is the recommended way to travel.
