General overview

Just 30 minutes away from central Paris by metro! Step into our bright apartment, right across from a lovely park. Natural light fills every room through large windows, giving our home a welcoming vibe. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy the park view. Since I work remotely, I've made the space comfy and practical. There are two work areas and a cozy corner in the living room with a smart TV and a guitar. It's perfect for a couple and can sleep up to 4, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.

Neighbourhood

Our house is located 1.5 km from Paris 20éme arrondissement, between Bagnolet and Montreuil. Bagnolet is more family-friendly with leisure centres, kindergartens and parks, and in Montreuil you will find a vivid night life with young artists and a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops.

Getting to my home

We're near the Paris Périph, a dual-carriageway ring road in Paris so you can easily access the apartment by car in 5 minutes. We alson have 4 metrô stations within a 10 minute walk accessing both the Line 9 and Line 3 that can get you to the main spots in Paris in 30min.

Nearest airport

Paris Charles de Gaulle - 30min by car, 1h by public transportation

Getting around

Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find Lidl, Aldi, Auchan, and Carrefour for shopping. Also, 3 metro stations are nearby, getting you to Paris top spots in under 30 minutes. There's a bus stop outside our building too, offering another way to explore. And if you're up for it, we've got 2 bicycles ready to go!

Hello! I was born and raised in Brazil and now Paris is my home. I work with human genetics as a Ph.D. candidate. Beyond the realm of science, I enjoy connecting with people with different backgrounds. I can work remotely, so I have plenty of flexibility to travel. Usually I travel with my partner but also alone and with friends. I'm fluent in Portuguese and English, and I can manage a bit of French and Spanish too. I have done non-reciprocal exchanges using other platform but I'm very excited to try out reciprocal exchanges, preferably in France or any place easily reachable by train but open to any place in Europe.
