We're an outgoing retired couple living in Ireland. Formerly a marketing director and a university lecturer. We have two sons married in Australia to two Aussie ladies. They each have three children; one lives in Melbourne, the other in Fremantle, W.A.. We make an extended visit at least once a year.
We love to travel in Europe and the USA. We have also toured in Asia, to China, India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand.
We are particularly interested in exchange with members in Fremantle/Perth WA or Melbourne.
We love theatre, music and wider cultural activities. I was a drama and English lecturer. My husband, Denis, has sung with a choir for the last 20 years.
We love the outdoor life, swimming, hillwalking, cycling.
We have exchanged homes numerous times in the past, loving the experience and meeting and befriending some really nice people.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
