General overview

Perfect for a solo-traveler or a couple with or without a kid, the place has high-speed internet and is facing West, overlooking beautiful roofs of the neighborhood and a mountain ridge on the horizon.

The space

Although it's a pretty humble flat, it's got its own style. The bed mattress is very comfortable; there are also a sofa bed, several pillows and blankets to choose from. Linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Guest access

You will have both rooms at your disposal. The building has just got new elevators, and the area is very safe.

Notes

A housekeeper can be arranged if you wish for an additional fee of 40 €. I have got reviews I may share upon request. I'm always in touch via messengers, happy to provide you with advice to make your stay as fabulous as possible!

Neighbourhood

According to the latest studies, there are 349 sunny days a year in Torrevieja (Alicante is #1 in Europe), and salty air to breathe and heal everything! The area is close to the center of the town and has a lot of shops/restaurants options. The sea is just a 2 min walk. The Consum supermarket is around the corner, and so is Chinese. Torrevieja is often called the "British capital of Spain" as the majority of people/businesses come from the UK or Scandinavia, so they all speak English.

Getting to my home

There is a very convenient bus from the airport. It costs 7 euros pp and takes only 50 min to get to the town, and then a 15-min walk to the apartment complex. I may also help to organize a private transfer for you. The service is about 40 euros.

Getting around

You don't necessarily need a car here: there are busses to get to and from La Zenia (the Largest Shopping Mall), La Mata or Guardamar Del Segura.

Hi everybody! I'm Katherine, a 40+ Russian American, a former university MBA teacher with a passion for travel & hospitality. Over the years, I've explored numerous countries across Europe & both Americas, and hosted guests in my sunny apartment in Torrevieja, Spain.
