General Overview
The sea public beach is just 250 m from the apartment complex; the place is perfect for a solo-traveler or a couple with or without a kid. The flat has got superb high-speed Wi-Fi, a new TV with apps, and is facing West from the 6th floor with a window wall and a balcony, overlooking beautiful roofs of the neighborhood and a mountain ridge on the horizon.
The Space
Although it's a pretty humble apartment, it's got its own style. The bed mattress (160x190) is very comfortable; there are also a sofa bed (135x190), several pillows and blankets to choose from. Linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
Guest Access
You will have both rooms at your disposal. The building has just got new elevators, and the gated area offers a mini market, a beauty salon, and is very safe.
Notes
I expect you to leave my place pristine, but since I'm also an experienced Airbnb host, cleaning can be arranged if you wish for an additional fee of 45 β¬.
I have got reviews I may share upon request. I'm always in touch via messengers, happy to provide you with advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Lmk if you have questions!

Neighbourhood
According to the latest studies, there are 349 sunny days a year in Torrevieja (Alicante is #1 in Europe), and salty mineral air to breathe and heal everything! The area is close to the center of the town and has a lot of shops/restaurants options. You can regularly take sea walks along the promenade that starts just 200 m from my house - it's perfect for jogging or biking too! The Consum supermarket is around the corner, and so is Chinese one.
Torrevieja is a home for different sport events, regattas, SOL film festival, and is often called the "British capital of Spain" as the majority of people/businesses come from the UK or Scandinavia, so they all speak English.
Getting to my home
There is a very convenient Costa Azul direct bus from the departures area of Alicante airport. The ride costs 7 euros pp and it takes only 50 min to get to the town, and then a 15-min walk to the apartment complex along the Avenida de las Habaneros. See the bus schedule here https://costazul.net/en/
I may also help to organize a reliable private car transfer from ALC for you. The service is about 45 euros.
Nearest airport
Alicante or Murcia-Corvera
Getting Around
The parking is free, but you don't necessarily need a car here: there are busses to get to and from La Zenia (the Largest Shopping Mall), La Mata, Orijuela or Guardamar Del Segura. To rent a car is quite cheap in Spain btw - check it out @ doyouspain.com.
If you come by car, then thermal complexes, golf fields, Ancient Cartagena with its Roman Theatre and Murcia with its fabulous Cathedral and Royal Casino are both within 50 mins drive. Fancy Benidorm that never sleeps is 1 hr 20 min away. I also find Santa Pola, Mar Menor and Villajoyosa interesting places to visit.

Over the years, I've explored numerous countries across Europe & both Americas, and hosted guests in my sunny apartment in Torrevieja. Now I work part-time and remotely, enjoying being an active member of PLU community. Every exchange is different, but if you have a nice open view from the windows/balcony or a decent pool in your complex to swim, let's definitely talk!
Usually I travel solo, but once a year 1 or 2 of my best friends may join me too if you don't mind.
