Lovely quiet yet kid-friendly neighborhood close to theme parks, zoo, aquariums, downtown, and beaches.
The space
Comfortable living room, with large couch, connected to dining room, which has an extendable table (able to seat up to 12). Large kitchen with small island.
Main bedroom has a large split-king bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has twin bunk beds (with pull out trundle). Third bedroom is versatile and can be used as a bedroom with one twin bed or an office/play space.
Guest access
Living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom on first floor. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on second floor. One step outside to enter home.

Our neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and located on a large lake. Sidewalks around the neighborhood lead to a serene walking path where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful lake. You will also have access to the neighborhood pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts.
Nearest airport
Tampa International Airport is a 20-minute drive from our home.
Getting around
Local grocery stores are less than 10-minute drive away. You can also reach Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Zoo Tampa, Florida Aquarium, and downtown Tampa within a 15-20 minute drive. World-famous Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches are within a 45-minute drive.
