Neighbourhood
Beautiful nature, lovely hikes, pretty lakes, amazing mountains. Great skiing oppertunities close by. We also have skiing gear you may use, and ice skates or other winter gear if needed. Pool is two minutes walk from the house with saunas, hotubes, swimming pool and warm pools. Central in Notodden, a small town (13000 people) with shops, cafes, cultural events, gym, classes, groceries just five minutes walk.
Nearest airport
Oslo airport is two hours away, direct bus to Notodden or you can catch a train to Konsberg and then a bus. Other airport Torp, is a little closer, but has less frequent public transport options. Once here you are welcome to use our car.
Getting around
Shops and transport is all within ten minutes walk. The house is quite central, but has feel of being quite rural.
