General overview

We fell in love w/our house in 2019 - it has a beautiful garden and views of SF.

The space

Our guests love the views, garden, spacious kitchen, and that they can walk to the Glendale-La Loma park from our backyard. They love cooking in our spacious kitchen, and using the hottub and outdoor shower.

Guest access

There is a long flight of stairs down to the front door from the street.

Notes

This is our primary home we share with our two energetic kids (ages 2 and 4). Our neighborhood is *very* hilly, so planning to have a car or using Lyft/Uber as rideshare is a good plan.

We're about a mile from UC Berkeley, as well as world-class dining in North Berkeley including Chez Panisse. Tilden Park is a 10-minute walk up the hill.

The best way to reach our house is by car, or a walk uphill from BART.

Nearest airport

Oakland International Airport is about 30 minutes away from our house.
