General overview
Our apartment is a duplex penthouse with 3 outdoor terraces. We are in the highest part of Blanes, in fact from the two outdoor terraces you can see Montseny mountain, the sea and the entire town of Blanes.
The house is fully equipped. Kitchen with new kitchen appliences and utensils. Washing machine, air-conditioning and 5 solar panels to make the house energy efficient.
The living room is spacious, the sofa is new and can be converted into a bed. There is a modern piano and a screen projector connected to a 4 speaker home cinema system for home theater enjoyment.
The space
The house is located in the "4 Winds" neighborhood, so there is always a light sea breeze that runs through the house, you will barely need air-conditioning in summer.
In the upper duplex part there is a bathroom, a loft, a room with a trundle bed (double mattress) and the two large terraces.
On one of the terraces there is a built-in barbecue and complete privacy to enjoy your summer dinners outside. The other terrace is facing South, so you will enjoy the sun throughout the year. There is artificial grass to lay down and enjoy your winter breakfasts with the sun.

In the building we are only 3 neighbors and there is an elevator. We have a parking lot in the same building block.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is very quiet and residential with families with children. It is an 8-minute walk from the beach, close to several large supermarkets and a few small ones within walking distance.
Next to the apartment are the 2 largest parks in Blanes with amazing seaview (the parks are perfect for a walk with children or dogs). There are good local bars and cafes to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or Spanish "tapas".

Perfect temperature: You will have a stable mild climate throughout the year. In summer it rarely rises more than 28º and in winter it never falls below 0º.
Blanes is a good town to live the whole year, it´s safe and many locals live here permanently. The type of tourism we receive is very family oriented. You will fall in love with the town!
