General Overview

It is very quiet situated on the lake and away from the main road. The region has many lakes to explore and great mountain biking tracks. Beaches are one hour away and Auckland airport 2.5 to 3 hours' drive.

The Space

Our house has one large lounge room with TV and a smaller lounge room with a fireplace. The garden extends right down to the lake and is very peaceful at the back of the house.

Guest Access

Master bedroom, ensuite, separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, laundry and two living areas on the main floor. Three bedrooms all with queen beds and a bathroom on the upper floor.

Notes

We have been renovating and the flooring needs to be completed in the entrance.

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is rural with some horses and farming and the local shops including a supermarket are 1.5 km up the road. There is a marae and a reserve nearby.

Getting to my home

Public transport runs every hour or half hour during peak times. The bus stop is at the local shops and it is a 20 minute walk from the shops home.

Nearest airport

Rotorua airport is 2.6 km.

Getting Around

Our house is located between the airport and Rotorua town and 7 km from Rotorua town centre.
