General overview
Relaxing and quiet location with views from the back deck . Overlooking the trees from the Bunya Conservation Park . The many bird species fly by including Kookaburras, Cockatoos and of course Magpies.
Tucked away in a cul de sac it is a very private spot. . A lovely community pool and a tennis court are just steps away . You can even enjoy the firepit on a cool evening. A very friendly gated complex.
The space
On the ground floor is the kitchen, living and dining that overlook the undercover deck area . With BBQ and outdoor bar area so all set up for meals and entertaining outside . There is also the main bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite that also opens to the deck area. There is a double garage and laundry with an undercover clothesline outside. Fully air-conditioned
throughout plus ceiling fans. Heating inside and on the deck. Tiled floors to main areas with carpet in the bedrooms. Smart TV's in both living area's with a sound system downstairs and small one upstairs. We have a turntable downstairs and a collection of vinyl too.
The kitchen has a gas hotplate , smeg appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine to start your morning. Pantry supplies to make your cooking easier including an airfryer.
Yoga and Pilates equipment to use plus a stationary bike. There is designated space for your clothing. We have plenty of books , Board games and magazines as well.
Upstairs is a guest bedroom and full bathroom plus a second living area that is great for movies. A third bedroom is a library come yoga space or music room. Can be a third bedroom with a queen size blow up mattress
Hopefully, a home away from home.

There are 2 floors with 16 straight stairs to take you up to the next level.. level carpark access for 2 vehicles. Level access out to the deck area.
Notes
It's a very safe gated complex in a friendly area. Local parks with picnic and BBQ facilities are 5 minutes away.
Brisbane weather is warm all year round with winter temps around 24C , to 30C in the summer months. You can be active outside all year or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Neighbourhood
The area has great facilities including cafe's and pubs and restaurants nearby.
Lots of parks and walking areas. Shopping Centre , library, doctors and all facilities within 10 mins drive.
There is good public transport nearby into the city ,or its a 25 minute drive.
Getting to my home
We are only 30 mins from Brisbane airport so an easy taxi or car drive away.
Located just north of Brisbane City there is bus or train transport available but a car when you have luggage would be more comfortable. We also do have a car available for use.

Brisbane airport is only 30 minutes away .
Getting around
Nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away with a larger shopping complex only 10 minutes away. Closest cafes are 5 to 10 minutes drive . Or you could possibly walk. It is mostly flat terrain and we occasionally take the walk there. The creek is behind us so great walking paths to enjoy..

We are a recently retired couple who love to explore new places. We enjoy nature and history, meeting new people and the odd beer or wine.
Iain plays the bagpipes so that keeps him busy and has competed at the World Pipeband Championships. I love my yoga, Pilates, craft work and am forever planning new places to visit.
We live in the sub tropical climate of Brisbane Australia and are only 25 minutes to the City and 60 minutes to the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Australia Zoo is an hour away. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary 40 minutes. Eumundi Markets 90 minutes with Noosa nearby. The Brisbane River in the City has great parks and restaurant strips in Southbank and you can take a City cat along the river .
