General overview
Our home is a concrete block 3/2 with a large fenced in backyard, enclosed back patio, covered front patio, car port and within minutes driving to or bikeable to downtown, breweries, historic areas and night life.

Large living room with sleeper sofa. dining room that seats 6 plus a high chair.
Bedroom with twin bed & Nugget Couch “bed”, master bedroom With king bed and mini crib. Office space with wifi, desk and peloton available for use. 1 Full bath with tub and shower. Kitchen has a coffee bar, liquor bar, fridge, oven and royal Berkey Filtration. No Dishwasher.
Linen closet and laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
Large fenced in backyard with enclosed patio, popcorn maker, table fire pit and projector. Play set in backyard and tree swings. Shed with bikes and kayak. We are 2.3 miles from the Hillsborough river.
Covered Carport, covered front patio with Adirondack chairs.

Single story home. Tile and life proof laminate through out. Washable “ruggable” rugs through out.
Notes
We have 3 Chickens in the backyard who will need tending to (simple
Water and feed fill) but any eggs they lay while staying are yours to enjoy.
We also have 3 cats who will require food and litter cleaning.

We live in historic area that is nearby local breweries, small coffee shops and unique eats. It’s a quick ride to downtown, the riverfront or historic Ybor. A 30 min ride to beaches or an hour to Orlando/Disney.

Flying or driving would be your best route though we are near an Amtrak train station.
