Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is named the ‘Norman Rockwell’ by the locals for its idyllic PNW water view homes, festive lights and breathtaking views over the Puget Sound.
A beautiful walkable neighborhood where time stands still water views and beauty abounds! Enjoy sunset walks through the neighborhood with breathtaking views of Poverty Bay, Puget Sound.
We provide a small lightweight sit on top kayak for guest use at the local state park and beach ( waiver will need to be signed and guest will need to transport kayak themselves).
We are very close to the airport ( 10 to 15 minutes drive away from SEA Airport) and guests will hear some airplanes overhead when outside.

By car:
Approx 25 mins to Downtown Seattle.
10 minutes to Salt Water State Park, WA.
5 minutes to local stores and restaurants in Des Moines, WA

90 minutes to local snow and ski resorts ( Crystal Mountain and Snoqualmie).
10 minutes to Lightrail ( for lightrail access to Seattle).
90 minutes to Mt Rainier National State Park
