General overview

Spendid apartment in a new complex of small residences spaced out the middle of a magnificent garden full of trees and flowers. It can host 4 people and is situated on the 1st floor. It has 2 bedrooms (one master (king size bed) with ensuite bathroom, the other with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom), living room, fully fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), 2 terrasses (18m2 & 12m2) with BBQ. Private underground parking and lift. The resort has 2 private pools, a playground, a gym and a little superette. It also offers the first artificial lagoon in Europe, with white sand beaches and clear blue water. You will be able to swim or do water sports (kayak, paddle…). In addition to enjoying a magnificent sea view, the apartment is 5 minutes from the beaches of Estepona and its many bars, restaurants and shops. The Golf of Estepona, very close, is one of the 8 golf courses a few minutes from the residence.

Notes

With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, the Costa del Sol is a magnificent place to spend holidays or moments away from your everyday life. The apartment is located 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 20 minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus (the Spanish Saint-Tropez), the port town of Sotto Grande (famous for its marina, its 5 golf courses and its restaurants), and very close to the splendid cities of Cordoba, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas or even two hours from the incredible city of Seville. We have an additional cleaning fee of 140€ per stay as the apartment is professionally cleaned by a local agency. Quality linens and towels are provided for all guests, and the beds made up for your arrival. This applies for (non) simultaneous as well as Globe exchanges.
