Our home is situated in one of Auckland's best suburbs and is in a peaceful tranquil location well off the road. When we sit outside it feels very resort like and there are lots of trees and birdlife. The 4 bedrooms are all large and the entire place is very spacious (361m2). There is a fully equipped office set up with everything you need to do any work. The property is very handy to the eastern beaches of Mission Bay, Kohimarama, St Heliers etc. It is only a few minutes to the motorway for heading either north or south. It is handy to shops (Westfield mall in Newmarket is 4.5kms away and a similar distance to Sylvia Park. There are lots of local cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. We have a 7 seater Audi Q7 vehicle which can be included in the swap.

Angela & Derek

Adventurous couple who love to travel. I am a lawyer and Derek is an engineer. We have an 18 year old daughter who has moved to London to study at Kings College London so we hope to do some swaps whilst she is at university over the next 4 years. We also love Italy having spent several weeks there on 2 previous occasions. We love travelling and enjoy having new adventures, attending concerts, meeting new people, sampling and enjoying the local food and wine. Most of the time it will be just the 2 of us but there could be my 2 daughters and/or my 2 sons with us at some point.
