General Overview

At our home you are able to relax either on the rooftop terrace or on the balcony enjoying spectacular views. Wake up early and watch the sunrise over the ocean or spend the evening watching the sunset behind the mountains. The apartment is modern with stylish material choices and outside the door you are able to access the pool area in the complex. You are able to reach one of Spain's best beaches, Playa Carabassi, within 10 minutes of walking (but be prepared for a sweaty hill walking back up).

The Space

The apartment has two bedrooms and ideal for 4 adults. The living room has a sofabed which can fit another 2 people if required. The apartment is located in a gated community and a garage parking spot is included underground in the building.

Guest Access

One floor and stair access to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is not accessible with a wheelchair.

Neighbourhood

Gran Alacant is a quiet little town between Alicante and Santa Pola, close to Alicante airport (15 minutes). A good choice of restaurants are available within walking distance from the apartment, but if you are looking for nightlife you should live elsewhere :-) Alicante is a 20 minute taxi ride from Gran Alacant. Playa Carabassi is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which is just magnificent and a reason itself to go to Gran Alacant.

Getting to my home

The apartment is conveniently located a short taxi ride from Alicante airport. Public transport is also available.
