Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bar stools, 6 burner stainless steel gas hob. Hot water tap ( so no kettle) oven & grill. No toaster unfortunately as my youngest decided to place a pen in the toaster whilst toasting bread! ( She was very young when she did this btw 😄). We never replaced so we just use the grill as an when we need to which I prefer as I like clear worktop space anyway 😊. Dishwasher & stand mixer welcome to use.

We have a decked section that leads out from our lounge for easy access. A lovely glass tempered garden table seats 6 people with a parasol for some alfresco dining. Covered up ( because it was such a windy day when I took the photos) is a really lovely new double egg chair which you can rock back and forth in for warm starry nights.
