General Overview

Bring the whole family to this great place with its own pool close to the beach and golf course. A spacious house which allows to unwind and enjoy the best of all seasons. A paradise for sports enthusiasts, with nice cycling, jogging, swimming and walking excursions. Close to cultural highlights. Excellent mix of high-class and family friendly restaurants in the area. Sotogrande is the upmarket resort in Spain, far enough from the large tourist areas, yet accessible in just over an hour from Malaga airport. Larger cities like Sevilla and Granada are easily reachable for overnight trips. The atlantic, with kite and wind surfer paradise Tarifa is less than 1 hour away, and Gibraltar less than 30'.

The Space

The house has 6 bedrooms (5 double, 1 single) and 5 bathrooms. Ideally split between ground and 1st floor. A large living room, a dining room and adjacent kitchen, together with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. The dining room (table for up to 12 people), kitchen and 1 bedroom have direct terrace (with 10 person dining table and lounge area), garden and swimming pool access. A spectacular winding staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are another 3 bedrooms (one is used as an office and has only a single bed). 2 bathrooms complete the 1st floor. Out of the 2 double bedrooms is access to a large terrace. The garden is on four sides of the house, with on both front and back sides areas to unwind. The swimming pool is 15 meters long (about 3 meter wide). There is parking space in the road, in front of the house and near the garage aras (garage is used as storage).

Guest Access

ground and first floor (cellar / garage on -1 one exists but is used for storage / gardener tools). Ground floor is easily accessible with only 1 stair from both front and back side.
