General overview
Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is fun and playful!
Our family friendly neighborhood is nestled among mature oak trees and is less than one mile from the popular "A Street" entrance to St. Augustine Beach.
There are restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops along the nearby intersection of A1A Beach Blvd and A Street.
We have an electric Rad Wagon bike, a Madsen bucket bike, and other bikes for your use. Kayaks and surf boards, too! Or you can relax at the house and enjoy the screened-in pool with patio furniture and grill. Inside the home you will find a lot of books and kids toys, as well as a dedicated office space.
The space
You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a playroom, and office. We recommend 6 people but can accommodate more with air mattresses and a futon.
Beds are as follows:
King bed in primary bedroom, with attached bathroom.
Two twin beds in kids room. These are short loft beds with room underneath each for a floor/air mattress.
Full bed in guest room (can sleep 1-2)
Futon in office (attached to primary bedroom)
Plenty of floor space in playroom for air mattresses if needed.
A dog does live in this home. She won't be at the house during exchanges, but please take note if you have dog allergies.
Notes
The pool is usually closed Nov - March, depending on the weather. We do have a pool heater but we don't run it during the coldest months.

Hi! We are a family of four, and our kids are ages 7 and 9. We are a multi-cultural family and we love to travel!
We enjoy all experiences: big cities, small towns, and the peaceful countryside. We like adventure and being active.
We are a homeschool and work-from-home family, which gives us a lot of flexibility with our schedule.
We love to visit anywhere in Europe. We're always thrilled to spend time in Germany, and we're hoping to spend time in Italy in April/May 2024. We would also love to do exchanges closer to home - Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, etc.!
Languages spoken are English, Russian, and German. We have swapped our home with friends for years, and we're excited to start swapping in this community.
"We travel to the Boston area every July and January."
