Getting around

The house is located 3 kilometers from the center of Niort. 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike. The highway is 7 minutes by car, access to shops and/or supermarkets is very simple.

We are very open to the destination but maybe not too far from home because of our 4 months girl... Our house of 170m2 offers great comfort (heated pool, two bathrooms, home cinema, etc ...) and is very well placed to visit the area : - Puy du Fou : 1h20 / - Futuroscope Poitiers : 45 minutes / - La Rochelle : 40 minutes / - Marais Poitevin : 10 minutes / - Nice beaches atlantic ocean (Fouras, Royan, Palmyre, Vendée) : From 1h to 1h30 / - Bordeaux : 1h40 / - Nantes : 1h30 / - Paris : 1h50 by train / NIORT IS JUST THE PERFECT HUB !!! We love it !
