My villa is the center unit in a 5 unit building. I am in a safe and quiet neighborhood with 2 community pools. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Within 1/2 hour drive you can enjoy downtown Tampa and St. Pete, as well as several beaches, parks, golfing, boating, and the Pinellas bike trail.

The space

2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bath, a covered sunroom, and a fenced patio with a barbecue grill. A fully equipped kitchen.
