General overview

We love our home. It is super central. Walking distance to everything especially transit (bus and sky train) There is a beautiful big park (Burnaby Central Park) where you can jog, bike, trail walk, mini golf, duck watching, playground, parks, tennis court all in one park.

The space

Our modern 2 level home is located centrally to many things. Our home has 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms. There is 1 king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. If you have more people, we also have an extra twin mattress and a blowup bed if needed, which ideally can sleep 6 people. Our home is kid friendly. We have some child locks on cupboards and a gate at the bottom of the stairs. This would be perfect if you have small toddlers. Backyard: Grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the backyard. There is a 10x10 ft pergola with outdoor furnitures at the backyard for those warm sunny summer days. We have a webber BBQ grill for you to test out your steak skills.

Our home has 2 levels so there are 2 flights of stairs. We have a smart lock at the back door for easy entry.

Notes

We travel with our trailer during the spring and summer and have openings from a few days to 2 weeks. Those trips are always planned within 4 months so your last minute plans can be your lucky trip.

Neighbourhood

We are centrally located in Burnaby. Where is Burnaby? never heard of it? It's actually few blocks away from Vancouver. or a 2 minute drive and you are in Vancouver. Transit is very convenient. Bus stop is a block away, skytrain is a 10-15 minute walk (depends if you plan to walk or stroll) haha. This train takes you straight to downtown, yaletown, coalharbour, chinatown. Its a 15 min walk to Metrotown (biggest mall in Metrto Vancouver) Shopping: It's all within 15 min walk (Save On Foods / Chiystal Mall / SuperStore/ Walmart Park: *David grey park - 2 blocks south (playground/dog park) *Central Park - 2 blocks north ( big massive park that includes trails, ponds, playground, tennis courts, bike trail

Hi PLU members! We are new to exchanges. We are a couple with 2 kids, a boy and a girl, both age 3. I accidentally found this site on FB and found this to be a very warm and friendly community.
