Third floor is the 1,000 Sq Ft rooftop with grills, lounging, shade, gardens, downtown views, and soon to be Finnish sauna. Kid specific - Double stroller (uppababy vista), toys (dollhouse, kitchen, etc.), car seats, cribs, pack and play, high chair. Smart home and keyless entry setup throughout. Fully stocked kitchen because I love to cook. Ultra high speed internet and all streaming services available.

The home is a Duplex Up and requires going up one flight of stairs. The main living areas are on two levels with the rooftop on the third level.

Our home is located on a lovely residential block filled with large luxury single-family homes and is nearby a large park with a playground. Our home location offers all the conveniences of life with a Supermarket on the next block, Whole Foods & Costco a further four blocks away, a couple of coffee shops within a few blocks, a well-reviewed pizza place down the street, quick access to the 90/94 expressway, 15 minutes by car to downtown and right by the Ashland and Diversey bus stops. The area is very family-friendly. Hop over to Lincoln Park Zoo for free on the otherside of the neighborhood or skate on a ribbon ice rink in downtown in winter. There are world class restaurants abound within close proximity. Plenty of free street parking. Some things to do in Chicago: Countless Museums including Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Museum of Science & Industry, etc. Navy Pier Chicago Architecture tour Music venues like the Salt Shed Games at Wrigley Field & Soldier Field Ice skating downtown in the winter World Class Shopping World Class Restaurants Christmas market during the winter

We are about 20 minutes from Ohare and 25 from Midway by car.
