General overview
We live in an apartment build with love and care. We are a mummy and an 8 year old boy, a pug and loads of lovely plants. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an art studio, a spacious balcony and a lovely lounge area.
We are apriciators of the Scandinavian hygge style of living and we try to practise it in our own home. Myself, my little boy, our pug and our plants try to live in harmony, apriciating each owns contribution to our home.
Our apartment is located in Nicosia and it is walking distance from supermarkets and shops and a 15 minutes bus ride to the city center.
We are in the Southern (Greek) part of Cyprus and the nearest crossing into the North it's just 15 minutes away.
Nicosia has a lot to offer if you wish to explore its culture, museums and galleries are all near by.
The nearest beach would be in Larnaca city and its 40 mins away by bus.
Troodos mountains are an hour away by car and worth a visit if you wish to see the mountains.
If you are a foody, Nicosia has many traditional food taverns as well as modern restaurants.
For night life there are many bars short distance away.
Our apartment overlooks the amazing Pentadaktilos mountains which is actually in the North part of Cyprus but can be beautifully seen from our balcony.
You can explore the South part of Cyprus and you can cross into the North very easily and the nearest check point is 15 minutes away. Northen Cyprus is very different from the South so it would be like visiting two cultures at ones.
The space
Our kitchen it's fully equipped and connected to a lovely lounge area with a dinning table and a TV area, all surrounded by lovely linocut art and travel memories and loads and loads of plants. The balcony is very speciuos with a sitting area and the whole apartment has an amazing view of the city and mountains. The main bedroom has an ensuit bathroom, a king size bed and a work desk. The second bedroom it's a children's room full of toys and a comfy bed. The third room it's an art studio full of art materials and it's is usually where I teach art. If you are feeling creative whilst here you are free to use it.
Guest access
The building has two entrances, stairs and a lift. We are on the second floor.
Notes
We have a hypper pug is is very loving and affectionate and if you are willing to look after him while staying in our home it would be a great plus. If not comfortable with animals arrangements for him yo be away can be made.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood it's a lovely quite suburban area, with supermarkets and shop all within walking distance. The city centre its an easy 15 minutes bus ride away.
Getting to my home
Cyprus has two airports. One in Paphos one in Larnaka. Both have hourly shuttle services to Nicosia and the drop off station is a 10 minutes walk to our home.
To get here it would take you 45 minutes on the shuttle bus from Larnaca airport and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paphos airport.
