This is our rental apartment located in the heart of Stirling, the Gateway to the Highlands. Wellgreen Gate is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in a quiet lane in the heart of the city of Stirling. You can walk to most attractions that Stirling has to offer. The location of this property just couldn't be better with its own private parking bay. 10 minute walk to the train station where Edinburgh or Glasgow and be reached under 45 minutes. Think castles, monuments, cobbled streets, lochs and hills. Outlander / Braveheart / Outlaw King are all filmed - located here. This is one of our rental homes so void of any personal effects. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay.

By Air Edinburgh Airport- 40 minutes drive. Taxi or Uber. Or Tram to city Centre then train or bus. Glasgow Airport - 40 Minutes drive. Taxi or Uber. Or bus to city centre then bus or train. By Train Glasgow 30 minutes by train. 2 trains per hour. Edinburgh 40 minutes by train. 2 trains per hour. Direct drain from Inverness / Aberdeen / Dundee /Newcastle available. London Train - Kings Cross to Stirling direct.. 2 trains per day. LNER Departs Kings Cross 1200 - Arrives Stirling 1715 or Departs Kings Cross 1500 - Arrives Stirling 2012. By Bus Stirling bus station 10 minute walk from our apartment. By Car Our apartment is 10 minute drive from the main motorway M9/M80 junction. Parking available at the apartment.

I am Gillian from Stirling, Scotland. We are excited that our travel community World School Home Swap has partnered with PLU! Our family consists of myself my husband Tom and our 2 girls age 20 and 17. We have been renting out properties in Scotland for over 25 years and have 5* Airbnb reviews so shall take good care of your home. We have travelled extensively and consider ourselves Worldschoolers so are open to new adventures and experiences. In 2024 I shall be 50!!!!! The aim is to have visited 50 countries before 50...... So far I have been to 48 - do you want to help me reach my goal? We are new to PLU but have completed other swaps and home sits in our own World School Home Swap community on Facebook so know what to expect. We have applied for our short term license in Scotland so no need to worry - we are compliant! This property is our rental so no personal effects - just like staying in an Airbnb. We do not smoke and our apartment shall be professional cleaned before and after your arrival. Property is our business so we can work remotely and usually prefer last minute trips - so surprise us!
