General Overview

It is a house hidden at the back of the courtyard, divided into 3 apartments. 5 minutes from metro 3 which serves the opera and the Lafayette galleries in 10 minutes, the Paris stock exchange in 15 minutes... It is 1.7 km from the Arc de Triomphe. At the foot of the building, there are all the shops (pharmacy, supermarket, very good bakery and an excellent cheese maker!). Ideal for visiting Paris and its museums. For 2024, I accept exchanges for Globes only because I do not know my future vacation. My accommodation is not available in October, November and December 2024. (Except for a simultaneous exchange in NYC at the end of December which I am looking for). THANKS

Our accommodation measures 100m², with the charm of old Parisian style. Completely renovated in 2020. There are: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 young children's beds + 1 mattress), 2 bathrooms, a new equipped kitchen and a large living room. ** Very nice apartment, completely renovated in 2020. We have 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds + 2 kids beds (1m40 long). Very safe and upscale neighborhood, a few minutes from the subway (line 3), 1.7km to Arc de trimphe. **
