General Overview

Getting to the city and multiple beaches couldn’t be easier from our house. The CBD is less than 30 mins by (very!) regular bus and train routes, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Brontë, Clovelly and Coogee beaches. Getting to Bondi is super easy too via the coastal walk and takes approx 40 mins on foot or less than 10 mins by car. Our house is modern in design and we have recently had a new pool and garden reno, including a built-in BBQ, so feel free to relax in the garden after a fun day and the beach. Within a 5-minute walking distance, you have access to multiple bars/pubs, restaurants, grocery and takeaway shops. We couldn't be any more central! We have 2 super friendly Tonkinese cats who adore humans and cuddles. However, we can pop them in a cattery if you'd rather not have them around during your stay.

The Space

The house is an 'upside down house', meaning one enters via the street level which has 4 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, then go downstairs for an open plan living/dining area and a separate media room and study. There is also a downstairs bathroom and shower. The living area fully opens onto an architecturally designed garden and heated swimming pool.

the area is packed with restaurants and convenience shops and there is very regular buses to all beaches and Bondi Junction shopping Mall. At Bondi Junction, you can catch a train into the city and other destinations

Getting Around

A bus runs to Bondi Junction train station approx every 2-3 minutes!
