General overview
Our home is a typical Victorian terraced house with high ceilings, beautiful original windows letting in tonnes of light and period features all on three floors. Plenty of space to relax and be sociable with a large eat-in kitchen overlooking the garden and two living rooms.
Possibility to swap cars (seats 5, VW Passat estate)
The space
The ground floor is light and airy with two living rooms (one with a piano for those that play) and a spacious kitchen with huge pine table and chairs. The living rooms have working Victorian open fireplaces if you should visit in the winter and fancy getting cosy. Mostly, we have floorboards and Persian rugs. There are books, art and plants in every room. You'll find a marble table and chairs in the garden plus a barbecue for outdoor dining in the warmer months.
On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (the master has a king-size bed) and a recently remodeled bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.
Upstairs on the second floor, there's a cosy attic with a single bed and velux windows plus a beautiful sunken bath where you can have a candlelit soak and enjoy the sunset.
3 of the bedrooms have workspaces should you need it.
Guest access
There are two flights of stairs and the house might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
