Neighbourhood

Enjoy Swedens best beaches with white finegrained sand. The landscape in Österlen is flat with wide views and a big sky. Visit Kåseberga and Ales Stones (Swedens own Stonehenge), and look at the marvelous view. Watch the paragliders or try it yourself. 🙂 ”Stens huvud” is a popular national park. Walk to the top, and have an icecream and a swim when you get down. ”Glimmingehus” an old medieval castle is close by. Take a trip to Simrishamn or Ystad, an old medieval town with cute houses. For kids that need some more entertainment you can visit the amusementpark ”Tosselilla”. You can also take daytrips to both Malmö and Copenhagen by train.

Nearest airport

Malmö airport is 55 min away by car. Copenhagen airport is bigger and it is easy to take a train to Ystad and a bus to Borrby.

Getting Around

There is a groceries store in the village and you can get to the sea by e.g bike. I would recommend renting a car to get around to all sightseeing in the area. I can also lend you my car in some cases.
