General overview
My home is located in Juriquilla, up of a hill, with a nice view to the condominium lake and the city. You will enjoy wonderful sunset from the rooftop. The condominium is gathered, with 24 hours security, kid playground, swimming pool, gym, two restaurants, mini zoo. The house has a little private swimming pool in a nice private garden. The house was built 3 years ago. It's at is 30 minutes of Queretaro downtown and at 45 minutes of San Miguel de Allende. Queretaro Downtown is Unesco world Heritage site (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/792), exceptional example of a colonial town, with nice terraces for food and drinks, cultural events, museums and an archeological site. Queretaro have also wineries whit nice restaurants and activities on the weekends. San Miguel de Allende is also Unesco world heritage site (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1274) a colonial town recognized as one of the most beautiful and safe cities on the world. You can visit also Peña de Bernal, Tequisquiapan, Cadereyta de Montes, San Joaquin, that are little villages around Queretaro with hot springs, mines, forest, zip lines, hiking and hundred of outdoor activities.
The space
At the Low level you have an integrated complete kitchen, living room with confortable sofa and dining room for 6 person with view to the garden, the 4X2 meters climatized swimming pool and the barbecue. There is also a bedroom (near to the house entrance) with a bunk single bed (2 single bed or one double), and closet. It have its own complete bathroom that can be used also as visit bathroom. In the 1st floor you have the main room with a double bed, big walking closet and private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a desk and office chair at the room and a 63" Smart TV. This room have air conditioning and heather. The second room have a double bed, closet, Smart TV and a balcony with nice view to the mountains. There is private bathroom at one side of the room. I have a yoga/ meditation room at the same level than the secondary bedroom where you can relax. There is also a rooftop with wonderful views of the mountains and Juriquilla area, where you can enjoy the sunset. In the rooftop there is a table with 8 chairs, umbrella and hammock. You have also a 1/2 bathroom in this level
Guest access
There is parking space for two cars. Entrance have only one step. There is a bedroom and complete bathroom in the low level, but is not big enoguht for a weel chair. No steps in the low level floor. Main room is in the 1st floor and secondary room is half level higher. Rooftop is in the 2nd floor
Notes
Cleaning lady is coming once a week. Payment is 25 usd x day. She was working for me for 2 years and she is very trustworthy. Guest will need to asume this cost
If your stay is for more than three weeks, specailly during rainy season (summer), maybe i will need to send the gardiner to mow the grass and the swimpool cleaning guy. This cost will be on me.

Neighbourhood
My neighborhood is a quiet gathered community on the Queretaro surroundings. There is a little lake with ducks in front of the house. There is also share amenities as 2 pools, a little Gym, a club house with a bar, bike line, soccer and basket field, a mini zoo of rescue animals. During the weekends, in the Aventura park (inside the community at 1km of the house) there is free quadricycles, horse rides and a zip line for kids, there is also food trucks, a bar and a coffee shop
Getting to my home
From Queretaro airport is a 40 minutes ride to the house. There is taxis and Uber. From Mexico City airport there is a bus that depart form the airport to Queretaro bus station (3 hours trip in a very conformable bus). From Queretaro Bus station to my home is 30/ 40 minutes ride by taxi or Uber. If you rent a car you need to take the Queretaro - San Luis Potosi highway and the bypass to Celaya after Juriquilla area. There is an entrance to the community on the bypass route with the sign "Gran Reserva Preserve"
Nearest airport
Queretaro Airport at 1 hour. Mexico City Airport at 4 hours
Getting around
You will need a car to move as the public transportation is not good in this area and taxis or uber are not so easy to get. But you can enjoy nice walks, bicycle rides, in a natural Semi dessert area landscape. There is a grocery store in front of the house that sell all basic things as eggs, milk, bread, etc. There is also a minimarket at 5 min driving in a little commercail area near to the house. Supermarket is a 15 min driving. Restaurant and coffees are at 15 minutes driving also, in Juriquilla area (out of the two restaurant available at my community).

I usually work during the week, but i can show you the city and surroundings during the weekends. I like to hike and be on the nature and we have a lot of nice places at no more than 2 hours of the city
