General overview

Our home has that southern feel in a rather new neighborhood yet the trees are established. Tall ceilings and tall doors with tons of natural light. Each room has it's own ensuite bathroom as well. Oh...we transformed one of the bedrooms into an entertainment room so that the open floor plan didn't get swallowed up by the noise of a television. Small yard so not much to maintain but close to many great places to explore. The Lowcountry is host to over 60 islands so lots of beaches to see and wildlife to adore. Looking for a great city with lots of history...great, Savannah and Charleston are only a day trip away.

The space

The first floor contains the kitchen, dining and living room as an open concept floor plan. The Primary bedroom/bathroom, laundry room as well as the second bathroom and bedroom converted into entertainment/TV room. Upstairs you will find another large TV on the landing and the 3rd/4th ensuite rooms.

We're a homeschooling family of 5 that love to travel...only problem...We end up moving to our travel destinations :) Definitely a life of adventure but not the best for our bank accounts. My husband is a carpenter and I'm an RN. We also own a local AirBnb where we mostly host Marine graduate families. We have lived in London, CA, OR, NY and now live in the Lowcountry of SC...more specifically Beaufort which is gorgeous and near Hilton Head Island, Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. Oh, and pets that fulfill our lives certainly put a damper on our travel plans. We have a dog, cat, rat. gecko and fish. We look forward to seeing many more parts of the world and experiencing many more cultures.
