General overview

Our home was built in 1926 and has been lovingly cared for and updated.   Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very cozy loft above the garage.  In less than a five minute walk you can be on the campus of Ball State University.   We love living next to a university.  Sports, art museum,  theater productions, planetarium, gym, restaurants all outside our door.  The neighborhood is very quiet, where all the professors live.    The neighborhood is also in a national historic registry as the majority of the homes are 100 years or older.
