Close to the river for fishing, kayaking, swimming. Lots of trails for biking, parks, dams & beach. Hiking trails. Crabb mountain ski resort is 20 min drive. Ice skating and fishing in winter. Fredericton the capital of New Brunswick is 25 min drive. Lots of nature, waterfalls to chase and hike around here.
