General overview
Our home is a large detached four bedroom home in North Bristol, ideal for exploring Bath, the Cotswolds, Cardiff and Bristol. Having been fully updated since we purchased it, including installation of a bespoke Shaker kitchen and lantern roof light, we love sitting in the rear extension, enjoying the garden where we can have the sliding doors fully open.
Our house has a lovely large garden, a 0.33 acre corner plot which backs on to fields, a field that you can walk across to take you to a good pub! Our garden also has a seating area, complete with fire pit.
The space
The gardens are a real delight, of a southerly aspect backing onto fields, with sweeping lawns, mature trees with a wide variety of flowering plants and shrubs. There is off-street parking to the front.
There is a large downstairs space, with separate sitting room and living room, a home office space and utility room. There are four bedrooms upstairs and a modern bathroom.
Guest access
Two floors.
Notes
There is so much to see and do in Bristol, it is a beautiful city. We'd suggest you start with:
Take in the view from Cabot Tower, Walk across Clifton Suspension Bridge, Peek inside Bristol Cathedral and walk up Park Street to grab a coffee and cake from the local cafes, see Brunel's SS Great Britain and whilst you are down at the Harbourside spot a Banksy and take a ferry boat. Visit St Nicks Market and walk down Corn Street to see 'the nails', the M Shed museum tells the story of Bristol - its a must visit (climb up to the top floor for panoramic views of Bristol). Head to Clifton Village and enjoy a walk

It's a suburban location so a car really would be beneficial. We're ideally located for visiting all the delights of the South West, from the Cotswolds, to Cardiff and Bath.

We have been home exchanging since 2006 and love the experience of visiting homes around the world. We now travel with our two children, twins aged 9. We're really respectful of all homes we stay in and are happy to provide pet care if required. We are new to PLU but have been members of Homelink since 2007.
