14 year old Canadian built townhouse complex with 8 units.
Nestled in a quiet corner at the end of a dead end street, next to a jungle hills. You will wake up to the sounds of birds and sun in the mornings.
Located in the town of Los Ayala, one of the 3 towns in the Jaltemba Bay. The saying goes like this: shop in La Penita, party in Guayabitos, and sleep in Los Ayala. It’s a quiet town with one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico, and where the Mexicans come to vacation.
The space
Walk into the entrance and main foyer the walk up 10 steps to a grand area with an open concept living room & dining area and a full kitchen. Also powder room on this floor. It opens up to a patio with a BBQ overlooking the main pool and the forest hills. From the patio, take a walk up the spiral stairs to our private rooftop patio with a peekaboo view of the beach, with deck chairs, BBQ and a bathroom.
5 steps down from the main foyer are the bedrooms and den. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in closet with an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in closet.
Den has a couch that converts into a double bed and a trundle single bed underneath. There’s a bathroom to be shared for the second bedroom & the den.
Sliding doors from the master bedroom & the den leads to a small patio that leads to the common pool area.
Guest access
There are 3 floors. 10 steps up from the main entrance to the living area & kitchen. 10 steps up to the rooftop deck. 5 steps down from the main entrance to the bedrooms.
Notes
Please note a $600-$1000 pesos cleaning fee will charged,. Bring MX Pesos, the locals will appreciate it as it’s a nightmare for them to exchange US or CDN dollars. There is an English speaking medical doctor in town, as well as 2 hospitals near by.

Getting to my home
Fly into Puerto Vallarta PVR airport.
Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to stay one night closer to PVR and head to Los Ayala the next day. We can arrange to have a driver pick you up and drive you to Los Ayala.
Depending on your length of stay & the number in your party, you may choose to do a big shop at Costco or La Comer in Puerto Vallarta.

Getting around
Guests can walk within Los Ayala. The other 2 towns in the bay, Guayabitos and La Penita can be accessible by foot if you’re an avid walker, taxi (60 pesos) or collectivo bus (15 pesos)
