General overview
Our suite is a two bedroom space in the lower portion of our home. It is fully self contained and includes laundry with a full kitchen. We have a queen sized bed in one room and a single over double bunk in the second room. We live on a very private and quiet 8 acre property in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.
We are frequently visited by amazing wildlife including, barred and great horned owls, red tailed hawks, deer and back yard bunnies that live under our rhododendron.

Neighbourhood
We are a 10 minute drive to amazing beaches! Easy access to golf, amenities, fantastic restaurants, an international airport and the beautiful Mount. Washington Ski Resort. The Valley has so many wonderful trails and hikes, gorgeous swimming spots on lakes, rivers and the ocean. You can go charter fishing or book a whale watching experience through the strait. We're located in an area that allows for day trips to Victoria and Tofino (approximately 3 hours each way) or take a short ferry ride over to the unique and eclectic outlining Islands (Denman, Hornby, Quadra and Cortes). We would love to welcome you to our space and share all of our local favourites with you!
Getting to my home
There is an international airport 6 klm away or you can take the ferry from Vancouver (approximately 1.5 hour ride and then another 1.5 hour drive).

Hello, We are a family of four from Vancouver Island, Canada. Our children are currently 7 and 10. I am a real estate advisor and Mark builds wooden boats. We would love to see more of this beautiful planet we call home and if we get to meet you and/or experience your lovely community and neighbourhood; amazing!
