General overview
Do you want to discover the Netherlands? Then this house is what you are looking for. Located in the heart of the Netherlands, all highlights are within easy reach. And if you want to sit quietly on the couch after a day of exploring, you will come home to a quiet, modern house in green Bunnik.
A family with 3 children (6, 8 and 11 years old) now lives in this house. We, Wilmar and Kim, both work in Utrecht. We know the city and the surrounding area well and can tell you all about it. We have a good relationship with many neighbors around us, they will also help you with everything if necessary.
We are real bon vivants and love good food and drinks, beautiful cities and beautiful nature. An exchange can be with the whole family, but possibly also with a part (e.g. father and son).
The space
The living room (11 meters long, 5 wide) is fully equipped. You can enjoy cooking in an open, extensive kitchen with high-quality items.
The seating area has a sofa, a lovely chill chair and a projector for your own home cinema. The Kawai (silent) piano is there to make music.
Nice weather? You can relax in the large garden (partly with grass). Children can play on the large trampoline or ramp.
Still working? That is also possible. There is high speed fiber optic internet with a Deco mesh router.
Children also have a great time: there are many toys in the children's rooms. Outside, the tree house awaits great adventures. The shed contains bicycles that will quickly take you to the city, straight through nature reserves Rhijnauwen and Amelisweerd.
There is also a large picnic bench in the garden. The Green Egg is ready for you to make the tastiest things.

The house is centrally located in the Netherlands, so you can quickly travel throughout the Netherlands, by car or public transport.
Close to home you have beautiful nature, a 5-minute walk away. Or you can cycle a little further to the woods of Zeist. Culture is also possible: within 20 minutes you can be at the Domplein in beautiful Utrecht with its canals and old churches. Or eat in the best restaurants in the city (we'll give you tips!).
Feel like eating at home? The shops (including a supermarket, butcher and fishmonger) are within walking distance. Or try the farms in the area with authentic fresh regional products, such as cheese, meat and even wine.
