General overview
We are not available for exchanges until Fall 2024 due to major home projects, personal trips, and two exchanges.
We live in a gated community located in a small friendly town tucked between St Petersburg and award winning Gulf beaches. Our air conditioned home includes all modern conveniences, a pool, fishing dock, kayaks, bicycles,and is minutes from beaches, shopping, restaurants. A two hour drive gets you to Disney World. Morning coffee watching sea birds and dolphins or a glass of wine with spectacular sunsets is part of our piece of paradise. We may also include a car in our exchange
The space
We can only do simultaneous exchanges.
Our three story home includes an open main floor plan with marble floors and a gourmet kitchen. The air conditioned house has a pool, WiFi, and media room and is decorated to a high degree. Gourmet kitchen has dual ovens, gas cook top, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and microwave oven. All rooms have a wall of windows with dramatic views of Boca Ciega Bay.
The spacious master suite has a large bathroom with a soaking tub, a glass enclosed travertine marble shower with dual shower. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counter tops. The bedrooms have cherry flooring and cable televisions with remote controls.
We have outdoor living spaces with covered decks, patio furniture and gas grill for outdoor dining, and a hammock by the pool for lazy days. In addition, we have three bikes and two kayaks

This is a 3 story house with the main living floor and bedrooms on the top 2 stories. There is additional sleeping accommodations on the bottom floor.
Notes
Gulfport, Florida is a waterfront art village that captures the laid-back feeling of Old Florida. We are small with a population of 12,000. This is Tampa Bay's best kept secret for dining, dancing, shopping, art, night life and more. We especially like 1st Friday and 3rd Saturday evening Art Walks because it gives us an opportunity to stroll under the lighted trees, enjoying the work of local artists and live music at venues throughout the village. There is a Tuesday morning Farmers Market year round. We live close enough to walk to the village or ride our bikes there. Gulfport has a wide sandy beach on Boca Ciega Bay. We are 15 minutes from downtown St Petersburg with its fabulous shops, restaurants, and the Dali Museum (home to the largest collection of Dali's art outside of Spain). St, Petersburg's waterfront includes the new St. Pete Pier and is a lively mixture of good restaurants, shops, and art museums ranging from the new Dali Museum at one end to the St Petersburg Fine Arts Museum at the other end. Tampa is less than 30 minutes from our house and Disney World is less than 2 hours away. We are also a 30 minute drive from Sarasota with its museums, world class dining, theater, and shopping. Award winning beaches are a short drive from our home.
