Our charming house is located 80 m from the edge of Lake Geneva.

The space

The accommodation includes the kitchen + living room + bedroom + bathroom on the first floor (16 steps) and two large bedrooms + bathroom on the second. There is a large outbuilding in the courtyard which houses a garage, a summer kitchen, a bathroom/WC and a sauna.

Guest access

The house has two floors including a wooden winding staircase, magnificent but perilous!!

The major asset of this villa is its proximity to the lake (80m) and the long walks it allows along the banks... Chamonix is 100km away Annecy 80 km away
