Are you looking for somewhere to stay in Vancouver during the World Cup? Our home is centrally located in beautiful North Vancouver, BC, in Edgemont Village, and would make a great home base. Available for June 30-July 14, 2026.
Bright, clean, large home that backs onto large grassy yard with rippling creek. Our home was newly built in 2018. We carefully chose all that is within it to create a comfortable, clean, modern space that is welcoming and easy to navigate. In 2024 we invested in a heat pump which makes the space lovely and cool in the summer months.
The Space
Our main floor is open concept with island seating for five and table seating for eight. Enjoy cooking meals in our well equipped kitchen and relax in our cozy living room.
Kids have an amazing recreation room in the basement with air hockey, TV, Lego, games and a home gym. There is also a full bathroom downstairs and access to the backyard via patio doors.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms plus the master. All are well appointed and comfortable.
Master bedroom with ensuite has a king sized bed. The master bathroom has a lovely large shower with rain fall head and wand.
One bedroom has a twin bed and ensuite bathroom with sleek modern shower.
One bedroom has a twin bed.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The two non suited bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom that has a separated bathtub and toilet area.
We have many items to make your stay comfortable and keep you busy while here. We have two standup paddle boards and life jackets, portable beach chairs, umbrellas for shade, beach towels and more. We also have five adult sized bikes and locks for them. We also have a badminton set, pickleball set, tennis rackets, and croquet. For stays less than 14 days we will provide a car.
Guest Access
Two floors plus basement. There are several stairs in our home. All four bedrooms are on the top floor. There is a tenanted one bedroom suite on one side of the basement that is not included in the exchange.
Notes
We have a golden retriever who will be elsewhere while you are here but it is a home which generally has an animal in it so guests should be aware. If you really wanted to look after said golden retriever she would make herself available.

Alison
Canadian family looking to explore the world via home exchanges. We are a lawyer and elementary school teacher with three kids, who are 13,16,17. We love to go on adventures and want to feel comfortable and at home while we do so.
We are quite tied to school schedules as Alison is a teacher and now we also have a university student. Currently we are looking for a mid February warm trip. We are also hoping to find someone wanting to stay in our home in July 2026 while we are in Spain.
Our home will be available for a Globe likely in the first two weeks of July 2026.
"Mid February so it aligns with the university break for our eldest."
