General overview
We live in a brand new villa that can host at least 8 pers, more if needed.
We have a great outdoor area, its peaceful and very safe only 2 km to the city center, 1 km the the skihills, 1,5 km to the Lake Runn where you can swim in during the summer and ski/skate on during the winter.
The space
The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bath, seperat TV room, big cozy sofa in the livingroom where we have a wood camine, massage room, big garage where we have homegym. Great outdoor area with hot massage tub. We live in a peaceful neighbourhood,
Our big house has everything a house needs ;)
great big webber bbq and seating area for up to 12 pers outdoors.
Guest access
The house is on two floors and no wheelchair access upstairs but of course on the mainfloor, we have one room wherer we can change into a sleepingroom, bathroom is beside it and wheelchair accesible.
5 bedrooms are upstairs and two bathrooms. Open area for relaxing.
Of course free parking at our house, for more than one car.
shower is in all bathrooms and a bathtub in one of them.
big Washer room is awailable, with acces to the backyard.
Notes
Its always good westher here, the wind doesnt blow much, big trees all around us, lakes and a beautiful nature.
The winters are good, usually -10 to -25*Celcius
The summers are good too around +20 to +30*C.
We have all seasons at our wonderful place.

Neighbourhood
Well within 2 km you have the city center and there you can buy anything you wish. Our town has about 50 thousend people living here but its very quiet and not a big city feeling.
Getting to my home
From Arlanda airport (Stockholm) you have about 200km to drive, it will take you a bit over 2 hours to drive with a privat car.
If traveling by train, you can acces trains direct from the same airport and to Falun. usually takes about 2 1/2 hours with train.
Busses are also awailable.

if you choose to you can always fly from Arlanda or any other airport in Sweden to Borlänge airport and there you have only 15 min drive to our home.
Nearest airport
Arlanda International Airport is about 200km away from us, takes about 2-2 1/2 hours to drive.
Borlänge airport is the closest domestic airport, only 15-20 min away from our house.
Getting around
Easyest is to get by bicykle or car, the local busses are really good and not that expensive.
